WHAT’S GOT US BUZZING

Say hello to the Healthline Meal Planner

We know that meal planning is hard, and meal planning when you have specific dietary needs can be even harder. So, our team has been hard at work over the last several months to create a solution.

“We built Healthline’s Meal Planner because eating for a health goal shouldn’t mean giving up variety or spending hours doing math on carbs and protein,” says Principal Product Manager Amy Rhoads, who helped bring it to life.

This new Meal Planner works alongside our Grocery List and Macro Calculator to do all of the calculations and planning for you.

“Whether you’re managing type 2 diabetes and watching carbs or starting a GLP-1 and increasing protein, it keeps your macro targets front and center while pulling from Healthline’s full library of nutritionist-approved recipes, so the plan actually fits your life,” Rhoads adds.

ICYMI: Our recipe collection features hundreds of healthy breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, and drinks tailored to dietary preferences, including low-sugar, anti-inflammatory, gluten-free, and vegetarian options. And we’re constantly adding new recipes to keep things fresh!

“You can email yourself the plan and auto-generated grocery list, so it’s saved in your inbox all week — ready when you’re at the store or cooking that night’s dinner,” says Rhoads. Oh, and did we mention that it’s completely free to use?

Here’s a quick snapshot of what the Meal Planner looks like in action:
