Pumpkin spice latte
Did you know? Most pumpkin spice lattes don't actually contain any pumpkin. It's usually a mix of various spices, such as cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves. While there's nothing wrong with this, you may be missing out on the health benefits of pumpkin: boosted immunity, eyesight protection, and weight management, to name a few.
This pumpkin spice latte takes 10 minutes to make. First, prepare your espresso — or, if you don't drink espresso, any type of coffee works here. Then you combine it with milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract and blend. If desired, add ice before blending to make it cold.
