Morning Exercise May Help Lower Your Risk of Obesity, Type 2 Diabetes

A recent study found that morning exercise may help lower cardiometabolic risk. The findings suggest that exercising between 7 and 8 a.m. may help lower the risk of type 2 diabetes by as much as 30%.
